This 2-minute technique will make you have a flat stomach of your dreams!

It is about a massage that you should do every day for two times. Its goal is to make internal exercises, and commotions in the stomach and helps in detoxification.




You should know that this massage is not a miracle and it won’t make the stomach disappear by itself, but you should combine it with proper nutrition and activities.

Avoid this technique if:

You’ve just had extensive meal

If your urinary channels are inflamed

If you’re pregnant

If you have hypertension, or high blood pressure

If you have hernia








Instructions:

Lay on your back, on a flat surface.

Warm the hands by rubbing each other.

Put one of the hands on your navel.




Start pressing it gently and make circles clockwise, around the navel. Start enlarging the circles gradually. Every circle should be made for 1 to 2 seconds.

Do this for 2 minutes, or make 40 to 50 circles.

It’s important for your stomach to be heated all the time.
